Blue Cheese Dressing
Late May. All the build-up to Memorial weekend but without the release since Finland doesn’t celebrate. Mentally, I’m laying on a warm red rock drinking a cold brew from a pink plastic straw and watching seagulls draw circles in the sky. Physically, I’m zipping up the K-Way and getting a cinnamon bun to pull me through the last eight hours of Friday.
Monday
This grey sweatshirt is heir to the legacy of an older, rattier grey sweatshirt.

Tuesday
My coworker James asked if I painted these flowers on my pants myself.

Wednesday
When I got the shirt, I tried it on forwards and backwards. I was like : This neckline is better backwards. But then I wore it like that all day to work and I hated it.

Thursday
One of my coworkers said I was brave for wearing sandals in Helsinki already. But I tried on all my other shoes with this outfit. Honestly I looked like a dork. So I wore these.

Friday
This is David’s polo. It’s too small for him so he’s trying to sell it on Vinted. But he told me I could wear it until it sells. I’m a walking billboard. Email me if you’re interested. Maybe we can work out a deal.

Saturday
I love Navy. It is nautical, nocturnal, sacred, mythical, and a type of bean. We had friends over for a picnic and I wore the shirt the right way this time.
